The conference will be held at the Hilton Lake Buena Vista at Walt Disney World Resort, close to the Orlando airport and walking distance to Disney Springs via Skybridge. The hotel is fully air-conditioned and has a 24-hour fitness center, business center, pool, on site breakfast options, hotel bar. All hotel rooms have complimentary wireless internet access.

A block of discounted hotel rooms is being held for conference participants at a preferred rate until September 2nd, 2025. Once the room block is full, rooms are subject to availability at the current market rate. Be sure to use this booking link to reserve your hotel reservations
Discounted block rates (not including taxes) are:
- $159 per night, 1 King room
- $159 per night, Two Queen room
In addition to the conference rate starting at $159 plus tax per night, a discounted Daily Resort Fee of $25 plus tax, per room per night, will be added to all guest rooms. Included in this fee are- Disney Bus Transportation, Local/1800 Calls up to 60 mins, DVDNow Movie Rentals, vouchers for two 16 oz bottled water (vouchers redeemable at Mainstreet Market), a voucher for $5 discount on attraction tickets through concierge and 50% off golf rentals at Disney Golf courses

By Air: Orlando International Airport (MCO) is 25 minutes from the hotel. Secure self-parking is available on site at a discounted rate for conference attendees with a reservation at the Hilton Lake Buena Vista of $35 per day with in and out privileges. Valet parking is also available for $45 plus tax.
